Seeing a quick glimpse at where a lead is in the sales cycle will help manage the lead and makes it easier for reporting.
Lead stage is an important feature used in tracking where a lead is in the sales process, and can be seen across the Sales product. VIA uses six lead stages:
Uncontacted > Contacted > Tour Scheduled > Tour Completed > Deposit Received > Move In
Only certain activities and their status will advance the lead to a stage or move them backwards. Since each organization may have their own list of activities to advance stages, please review your organization's platform handout for more details.
