Add a prospect and/or contact to VIA using Guidance to gather critical information needed to begin fostering the relationship.
- Click Prospects under People in the left navigation
- Click Add Lead button in the upper right
- The last name of the prospect AND a last name, phone number or email address for a Prospect or Contact is required
- Under Sales Information tab, the following fields are required to complete the Guidance
- Status
- Community
- Primary Sales Contact
- Lead Source
- Inquiry Date
- Click Complete
Once the guidance is complete, and it passes validation, the system will create the lead's record and open it up.
Tip: If you need to find recently created records, you can go to the Prospects list and Sort by Recently Created.
