Activities are events that relate to a person which can affect their status, stage and the communities' goals.
Each activity plays a role in building a relationship with a person. For better analytics, we've added a result dropdown for every activity which must be filled out in oder to complete an activity.
The basic platform activities include:
- Call - Make calls directly from VIA
- Email - Send and schedule emails directly from VIA
- Text - Send and schedule texts directly from VIA
- Event - This can be used to help with your campaign tracking.
- Mail (postal) - For outgoing mail, use this activity to track campaign response for a person.
- Note - This is used for exactly as it sounds - notes.
- Video Message - If you send a video message outside of VIA, this can be used instead of an email or text activity.
- Planning Session - This is used to track internal discussions around a person for the next meaningful interaction.
